In mid-October we began the Master with the subject Impacts of viticulture on the sensory characteristics of wine and the participation of prominent professionals in the sector. Among them:

Gabriel Ruestch, advisor at Les Vignobles Foncalieu, delighted us with his commented tastings.

Garikoitz Ríos, technical director of BODEGAS ITSASMENDI, discovering txakoli in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve.

Ana Martín Onzain, winemaker and consultant who gave us a tasting throughout the different wine regions of the world.

Pedro Balda, head of R&D at Vintae and pioneer of natural wine production in Spain.

This year, we also visited the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences. Thanks to Jose Miguel Martínez Zapater, Purificación Fernández Zurbano, Pilar Santamaría and Javier Ugarte for the visit.
