ACCESS TO THE PROGRAMME

The University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and the University of Bordeaux (UBx) have joined forces to offer a Joint Degree, incorporating both the Official Master’s Degree in Innovative Oenology and the Master’s Degree in Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin de l’École Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques de Bordeaux Aquitaine, giving students of the UPV/EHU Official Master’s Degree in Innovative Oenology the opportunity to obtain a Master’s qualification from both the UPV/EHU and the UBx.
This international project also allows students to progress to the Joint PhD Thesis.

The Joint Degree is aimed at those specialising in Viticulture or Viticulture Business Management, depending on the study plan followed:

ADE: Business Management & Administration

MK: Marketing

FS: Finance & Insurance

ADED: Degree In Business Management & Administration and Degree In Law

FAP: Taxation & Public Administration

Students on the UPV/EHU Official Master’s Degree in Innovative Oenology must do their Master’s thesis based on a work placement, which is equivalent to 30 ECTS credits (between January and June) at a winery or research centre in Bordeaux.

Students will only pay UPV/EHU enrolment fees and will be exempt from paying UBx fees (ISVV: Institut de la Science de la Vigne et du Vin or Bordeaux Sciences Agro, depending on the chosen speciality).
